Service is very important. That’s why we offer extensive options in service and maintenance. Our trained experienced service staff is on call to meet your service needs. Our service technicians are equipped with service vehicles that carry a wide variety of parts to get your equipment functional as quickly as possible.
- Generator’s service: Breakdowns or equipment failures can come at worst moments. We understand this and that is why we provide, within 24 hour, emergency service to assist in any generator breakdown. Our qualified service staff is there to assist in maintaining your equipment and ready to respond to your service needs.
- Preventive Maintenance Agreements: The best time to get maintenance on your generator is before occurs an equipment failure. We offer a wide variety of Preventative Maintenance services that can recognize problems early and prevent downtime of your unit. Custom options as monthly, seasonal and yearly plans, maintenances can be designed to suit to your application.
- Load Bank testing: The best way to test your standby generator is under load. However it’s often inconvenient or impractical to switch to standby power in a non emergency situation. Our load banks can be used to put a large load on your generator for testing, while leaving your electrical circuits on the regular electrical service.
- Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) service and maintenance: For proper operation of an ATS, it’s important that contacts, connection points, exercise clock and indications lights all work properly. Preventive maintenance can help provide smooth transfers to standby power when required.
Volts is able to offer professional service for your power system’s start-up, troubleshooting, parts, repair and maintenance. We have experience and resources to design, supply, install and service all power system components, as well as modifications and upgrades to existing power systems.
